I don’t know the difference between Pappadam and Appalam but I really like crunchy Appalam. When I was in Tamil Nadu I eat meals form local small hotels. They serve these Appalam. In Kerala we use Pappadam but taste is not like this also it’s not crunchy like this. I prefer Appalam but I can’t find it easily in local shops in Kerala. I like this 🙂
