Want to Return a Product?
Return requests can be made by calling our e-store customer support at +91 77366 57999 or emailing us at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery. Products should be returned in their original condition.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective (in quality / Manufacturing)
- Wrong product delivered
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Returned without original packaging
- Damaged products reported after 2 days.
How do I initiate a return request and what happens afterward?
Please call our e-store customer support at +91 77366 57999 or send an email to [email protected]. Return requests will be reviewed by anufoods.in team. After approval, we will take the product at our own cost. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim, and a refund is initiated.
What happens afterward?
It takes between 1-5 working days from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. The exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
Cancellation by anufoods.in
While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with anufoods.in, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
- Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
- Inaccurate or insufficient address
At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
Cancellation by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 2 hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped.
When will I get the refund?
We initiate the refund within 4 -5 working days of receiving the product at our center in case of returns. In case of Cancellations, if the product is not shipped, we initiate the refund immediately.
